The recipes on these pages are ones I use all the time. Not much fancy stuff, just plain good eating and mostly low-fat. I will be adding more as I get them put down on paper first. I generally don't go by recipes too much. So you wonder why I am putting them down on paper now? Because I had this wild idea that I could actually make a website. I got carried away with it, however, and decided to put up a lot of stuff. Stuff I like. So on with the meal.
